Ottawa Hydro had a need to refresh the outdated look of a safety program geared towards pre-teens. The "Shocking Fails" campaign concept highlighted common home accidents while humorously poking fun at adults. Although the agency was not awarded this RFP, the creative was ranked top amongst respondents.
